Settlement Cost: Each settlement request will attract a charge of KES 150 (or USD 1.50) per withdrawal for merchants within Kenya (or those with regional KCB bank accounts). Merchants outside this region may attract a higher settlement charge of approx. USD 25 per withdrawal request, depending on the rate.

Chargeback Cost: Each chargeback or chargeback alert will attract a charge of USD 50
