Settlement Cost
Each settlement request will attract a charge of KES 150 (or USD 1.50) per withdrawal for merchants within Kenya (or those with regional KCB bank accounts). Merchants outside this region may attract a higher settlement charge of approx. USD 25 per withdrawal request, depending on the rate.
Chargeback Cost
Each chargeback or chargeback alert will attract a charge of USD 50

Card processing services may attract a one-time, non-refundable, on-boarding fee (please contact merchant support for more information).
*Card processing fees may vary depending on the merchant category as well as risk-assessment.
(Please note: the fee may be partially or wholly-waived for startups companies that satisfy certain requirements; as advised by our merchant support team).
